Developed a comprehensive retail Point-of-Sale (POS) system named "TradePoint" that enables cosmetics shops to manage complete retail operations from a unified web platform. This business-grade retail solution provides full administrative control including product cataloging (with categories, brands, ISBN/barcodes/QR generation), inventory tracking (low-stock/expiry alerts), customer/supplier management, order processing (POS interface with barcode scanner, thermal receipt printing), employee/salary management, expense tracking, and financial reporting. The system features real-time dashboard analytics, AJAX-powered DataTables for responsive management, automated cron notifications for stock/expiry alerts, multi-payment methods (Cash, Mobile Money, Card), profit calculations, CSV/PDF exports, and secure role-based access, transforming manual retail processes into an efficient digital ecosystem that improves sales efficiency, reduces stockouts, and enhances profitability.
